INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Atticus Jones Rye
.25 oz Simple Syrup
3 dashes Peychaud’s
Absinthe rinse
INSTRUCTIONS:
Rinse a chilled rocks glass with Absinthe, discarding any excess, and set aside. Add remaining ingredients to Yari glass. Top with ice and stir 50 turns. Strain with Hawthorne Strainer and pour into Absinthe-rinsed glass. Express manicured lemon twist and drop in glass.
