A Colorado Straight Bourbon, made from local grains grown on small farms. Colorado farmers and their labor of love is the backbone of this very special Bourbon. Cheers to them, and to you.

TASTING: Notes of brûlée’d vanilla sugar, toasted sweet corn, dark cherry and light smoke.

TECHNICAL: 100% Colorado grains, all grown by farmers that we know personally. We use a mash bill of 75% corn, 15% rye and 10% malted barley. Aged in Char #3 new White Oak 53-gallon barrels.

ABV: 47% Alc. / Vol. (94 proof)
